Does viewing the computer screen harm vision?
I am sitting about 4 – 5 feet away from the screen, for about 5-7 hours daily ( I must according to my job type ).
Is there anything which could be led to affect my vision or harm it?
What? How can I cure it? Thanks.
Please offer answers from scientific and medical research point of views.
I find the flat panel LCD monitors to be easy on my eyes. The old CRT monitors were hard on my eyes. So my suggestion would be to use and LCD if you’re not already doing so.
